Political Elite Privileges – Joe Biden’s Niece Gets NO JAIL TIME For $100k Credit Card Scam
Caroline Biden, the niece of former Vice President Joe Biden, has been given a plea deal by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice, Kevin McGrath, in which she pleaded guilty to one charge of grand larceny and another charge of petite larceny.
The grand larceny is to make the critics happy and not draw too much attention to the privileges she is receiving. The petite larceny is only there so that she can get her charges reduced, if she’s a good girl and pays her restitution of $110,810.04.
Biden was charged because she borrowed a friend’s credit card to make “a onetime purchase” at Bigelow Pharmacy on Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village, but ended up opening an account at the pharmacy and charging over $100,000 in a year on the card.
What would you spend $100k on at a pharmacy? Could it be for a pain pill addiction?
Biden has had previous spats with the law and has a running history of drug and alcohol addiction. She also knows she has privileges that the average American doesn’t, via her political ties. This is proven while in 2013 she had a fight with a roommate of unpaid rent, but when the police showed up, Biden took a swing at one of the officers.
While she was being arrested, she shouted “I shouldn’t be handcuffed! You don’t know who you’re doing this to!”
She was given a light slap on the hand for this. Promising to stay out of trouble for six months, she would have her charges dropped. Eventually the charges were dismissed and her records sealed.
Nice to have that political power privilege, right? Any average citizen who took a swing at a police officer would still be sitting in jail, but not sons and daughters and nieces and nephews of political figures with power like Uncle Joe Biden.
It’s obvious that these judge’s decisions are swayed to “protect the image” of these political elites. This isn’t a justice system when it comes to these people, they run the show and laws don’t apply to them like they do us.
